Working principle:
The Roots blower is a volumetric fan that delivers air volume proportional to the number of revolutions. For each rotation of the three blade impeller, two impellers perform three suction and exhaust operations. Compared with the two blade impeller, the Roots blower has fewer gas pulsations, smaller load changes, higher mechanical strength, lower noise, and lower vibration.
There are two three blade impellers on two parallel shafts, and there is a small gap between the impeller and the inner hole surface of the elliptical box, as well as between each impeller. Due to the constant rotation of the impellers, a certain amount of gas surrounded by the box and impeller is transported from the suction side to the discharge side.
Each impeller is always kept in the correct phase by a synchronous gear, without any collision, thus it can be high-speed, without the need for internal lubrication, and has a simple structure, smooth operation, stable performance, and is suitable for multiple purposes. It has been widely used in various fields.

Main features:
1. Adopting a blade shaft integrated structure avoids the defects of a blade shaft split structure.
2. By adopting more optimized blade shape curves, the internal leakage rate of the fan is reduced, the efficiency of the fan is improved, and the operating temperature is reduced.
3. The diameter to distance ratio has been reduced, and the diameter of the impeller shaft has been increased, so that the fan will not deform or collide when operating under high load pressure, improving its strength.
4. The unique hollow design on the fan end cover separates the bearing chamber from the gas chamber, reducing the impact of the heat from the high-temperature gas inside the bearing chamber and lowering the bearing temperature.
5. Adopting high-quality deep groove ball bearings with high precision and low friction coefficient, the operating noise is low. At the same time, due to the thickening of the shaft diameter, the bearing specifications are increased, improving the bearing capacity and extending its service life.
6. Adopting horizontal installation, the inlet and outlet structures are the same, with a compact structure and a small footprint.
7. Adopting water cooling reduces operating temperature, increases operating pressure range, and prolongs service life.
