On the first day of work in the New Year, we fully entered the 2019 mode, and Xi Da's New Year inspirational message is still echoing: work together, fight together, we are all running hard, we are all dream chasers. This is the mobilization order issued by Xi Dada, who once again "rolls up his sleeves and works hard" and "happiness comes from struggle", to "work hard, strive, and work hard".
Xi Dadu has been shouting so hard, how can we have any reason not to do well. Some employees of the company started on the first day of the New Year - the warehouse inventory is in action!
The keyword summary for 2018 is "running, busy". Since the first month of the year, we have been in a fully prepared state, running to pick up orders, rushing to catch production, urging us to ship, and running to the finish line. Although we are very tired, busy, and laborious, the gains are also significant, and the company has completed the tasks on schedule. I would like to express my gratitude to the employees for their hard work and dedication!
We are all dream chasers, so what are our dreams? Let's talk about our corporate dreams. Once again, we would like to thank our dream builder, Mr. Chairman, for outlining a clear blueprint for the company: an intelligent workshop production line, ERP system management software, establishing a separate technology research and development center, and preparing for listing. The dream has been described, and whether it can be realized is not achieved by just one person, nor by a few members of the enterprise management committee, but by each and every one of us.
Firstly, starting from caring about the integration of the collective, we need to master the system, read information, actively evaluate, participate in training activities, and so on. Secondly, we need to conscientiously complete all indicators, and each indicator is feedback from your actual work. Additionally, we need to spread positive energy and play a positive role in the collective, so that the overall resonance can be maximized and we can achieve our goal of "high standards, strict requirements, and big rewards", and then realize our dreams.
2019 is destined to be extraordinary. This is a memorable era, and at the same time, it is an era that advocates hard work and struggle. It is also an era where hard work is truly useful. So we must work together, strive together, run hard, and pursue our dreams together.
