BC fan has learned the advanced experience in the market, and is the first fan of all our models to use the cast aluminum gear oil tank;
The heat dissipation of the gear oil tank affects the temperature rise and lubrication quality of the lubricating oil, which in turn affects the oil seal and bearing of the fan. We conducted long-term high load testing of finished fans using various models of fans such as BC and BCW equipped with cast aluminum oil tanks. The test results show that under various environmental temperatures, the noise and temperature rise indicators of the fan all meet the standards, and the temperature rise of the lubricating oil is better than that of the cast iron oil tank; Nowadays, almost all models of BC and BCW fans have been replaced with cast aluminum fuel tanks. On the basis of ensuring reliability and performance, the cast aluminum fuel tank also brings a cost reduction, ensuring that our BC fan can have strong vitality in the market.
