If these orders are on a regular basis, regardless of quantity, quality, and delivery time, it doesn't matter at all. But now is a special stage when the company's sales and production are full, and facing such urgent orders, it is really a severe test. Mr. Du from Yiyou Company personally commanded and arranged, and Mr. Huang from the production department of the company prepared various components as soon as possible. Firstly, the 22 Deyi motors need to be ordered immediately. Without receiving any production orders from the company, the workshop counted the urgent matters and immediately contacted Deyi Motors for support. Deyi Motors replied that the fastest delivery time would be one week. Regardless of the shift time or off duty time, including multiple communications with Deyi Motors procurement and responsible personnel at around 10 pm, Jiang must make every effort, Working overtime day and night must be completed within 3 days.
From receiving the phone order to the final delivery within 72 hours, the production and installation of Deyi Electric Company did not stop for a moment. The final motor was delivered to the company before the end of work on August 21st, ensuring the time for fan assembly in the future. At the same time, the assembly of the main engine also caused a lot of sweat. The blades of the fan were not ready-made, and the processing of the blades also took time. Workshop Chief Huang arranged HC machining in a timely manner and worked overtime overnight to catch up. After receiving an urgent order, the base of the outsourcing factory also worked overtime overnight to ensure that it was delivered to the company on the morning of August 22nd......
All the components are arranged in place, followed by the assembly, testing, painting, packaging of the fan, all in an orderly manner. During this period, I stood by my colleagues at work, watching them sweat profusely, and in less than half an hour, I was completely soaked. This makes me deeply feel that behind every typhoon, there are many unknown colleagues' hard work, and the little pain I have suffered outside seems not worth mentioning!
Finally, at 4 pm on the 23rd, all the fans were packaged and shipped smoothly. As I looked at the logistics car that was far away, a sentence flashed through my mind: 'There are always more solutions than difficulties!'!
